Terrible Customer Service

I had to fight to get a sweater that shrunk two sizes then they charged me to return it. Not worth the hassle.

Terrible experience I have read the other reviews and have…

I have read the other reviews and have experienced the same issues. Ordered 3 dresses. 2 came in. 2 weeks later after not hearing a word about the 3rd dress, I emailed. I was told to wait 2 days for a response. I waited a week and still no response. I contacted DJ again. This time I was told that they were out of the item. I waited over a month to be told that it was no longer in stock?! This company will not get my business again. They are difficult to work with and appear to use shady business practices. Save yourself some heartache and go elsewhere…plus, it’ll probably be less expensive!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE

I am so disappointed with this company. Customer service is the worse. My package was "sent" and "delivered" but I did not receive it, I reached out to them for assistance and all I got was "contact the post office". I've reached out to them for over two weeks by email, I even wrote a review on Reese's Instagram NOTHING. I hope she enjoys the 100 dollars the dress cost, what a nightmare to deal with such horrible customer service. Never again will I buy anything that she endorses or from this store.

How disappointing

How disappointing. I try to avoid the on line clothing companies with great adds but it takes weeks if not longer to receive the item and can't speak to a customer service person on the phone. Sadly I believed with Reese Witherspoon as the spokesman that Draper James would prove to be a safe place to order clothes. I am in the middle of a nightmare, the top almost $100.00, ordered it 4 days ago still hasn't shipped although Draper James took the money out of my bank the instant I made my order. I emailed Customer Service twice and no response. The excuse for no customer service phone # is Covid. Last time I checked we are not only back to normal but working remote you will not give Covid or receive it. Needed this top for a family picture, but today I need to go to the mall to find something else since Draper James never delivered, but took my $$.

I contacted Draper James…

I contacted Draper James instantly(within 5 minutes) after placing an order because I realized the address was incorrect. They charged me and shipped it anyway. I have been unable to reach anyone to resolve this matter.

TLDR; terrible customer service, do not recommend

My experience started poorly and then got worse. First, they forgot to ship my item until I emailed 2 weeks later asking for an update - there was no acknowledgment of this, just a brief response after they sent a system-generated email telling me that "my order has shipped!"

Then, FedEx lost the package (which I know isn't Draper James' fault, but read on): I called FedEx after the tracking showed the package had been in the same place for 3 weeks and the site showed "no delivery date scheduled," and the FedEx rep told me that means the package was lost and to contact the seller.

I emailed Draper James explaining what the FedEx rep told me and sent screenshots of the tracking, but instead of believing me and actually doing anything, Draper James basically said "well, tracking still says 'in progress' so..." and left it there. That was 2 weeks ago.

I emailed again over 24 hours ago and told them that I'm upset, and haven't heard back. So I've been waiting 7+ weeks for 2 t-shirts that I spent over $80 on, which is pretty ridiculous considering I'm not a rich person online shopping in 1997, when waiting this amount of time for that purchase might have been expected.

TLDR; terrible customer service, do not recommend.

Shame on you! The worst customer service.

I have had a terrible time with a return of Jack Rogers sandals. There is virtually no customer service. The only way to correspond is by email and then they respond with incorrect info, apparently hoping to delay your return so that then they can tell you the thirty day window has passed. By the way, their return window begins when you PLACE the order, which is quite sneaky /and they know it. My latest pair of sandals had noticeable changes too, which cheapened the product. I had a feeling the brand had been sold and I was right - to Draper James. Shame on you!

Modern dresses for every woman for every type of body and everything else. You really should buy them for any ocassion of your life if you are really want to impress your man or something very close related to you. It's just obvious info anyway.
